Michelle Diaz

About Michelle Diaz

Michelle Diaz is from Axtell, Texas and grew up in the Waco area. She attended McLennan Community College and then transferred to Baylor University where she earned a B.B.A. in Business Management and later an MSEd. in Higher Education and Student Affairs. She has work experience in undergraduate admissions, first-generation and transfer student transition, and academic advising. Ms. Diaz enjoys being creative, reading, watching movies, and attending Baylor sporting events.

She enjoys being part of the Baylor community and feels called to serve students during this exciting time in their lives. "It's amazing to hear their stories, their accomplishments, and the challenges they face or the responsibilities they take on, all while still pursuing a degree. I am grateful to have the opportunity to provide support for and build community with the students living in the Science & Health Living-Learning Center. Serving and encouraging prehealth students as they start their journey toward healthcare careers is incredibly rewarding."
