Residence Hall Director
The Earle Hall Residence Hall Director is a full-time, master's level professional who lives in the residential community. The Residence Hall Director (RHD) supervises the 14 Community Leaders and works to create an environment that promotes academic success, physical safety, and authentic community. The RHD's office can be found off the lobby of Earle Hall so as to be accessible to residents.
About Sienna Antoniolli
Sienna Antoniolli is from San Antonio, TX. She attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville Texas where she earned both a B.S. in Communication Studies and M ED. in Higher education Leadership and Administration. She has work experience as an undergraduate student and graduate student in housing and campus living, and previously worked at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as a Resident Director for a few years.
Not only is Sienna excited to be closer to home and loved ones, but loves being part of the Baylor Community and live life alongside the students of Earle Hall. "I love getting to see students discover themselves, their identities, and new passions. As a Residence Hall Director I am able to invest in students and expand my passion for serving students while they experience such transformative years."
During Sienna's free time she enjoys visiting Lady & Joy on her evening walks with her dog, binge watching new shows on Netflix, and attending Baylor sporting events, particularly basketball.
