Earle Hall Community Leaders

Community Leaders are responsible for mentoring 24-27 residential students who live near each other in Earle Hall. The most important aspects of the Community Leader role are fostering relationships, promoting academic excellence, guiding spiritual formation, and developing diverse communities that are mindful of Baylor's values and standards. Community Leaders in Earle Hall go through the standard Campus Living & Learning application process for Community Leaders, which begins each year in November. Earle Hall typically has 14 Community Leaders on its staff.
